Purchased as a passive investment, the apartment was initially already operating as a short-term rental and the owner handled all the management herself (key handover and collection, cleaning, linens...). What she thought would be an investment without much work turned into a headache, which is why she contacted us, initially, to free herself from the workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We, in addition to that, proposed a series of decorative changes to improve the image and enhance its web positioning, as well as implementing a better occupancy and pricing strategy.
