The space
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room with a seating area including a sofa (sofa bed), TV, air conditioning, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- One bedroom with a double bed.
- One bathroom with a shower.
The entire apartment also has Wi-Fi access. It is a warm and inviting space, designed and furnished to provide guests with the best possible stay.
Guest access
- Guests have access to the entire property.
- Towels, bed linen, and hand soap are included.
- The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater. Please note that the hot water supply can run out, and you will then need to wait for it to refill.
- It is located on the first floor of the building, and there is no elevator.

L’alloggio era come me lo aspettavo, a pochi passi dalla gran via di Madrid e dalla metro. Prima dell’arrivo sono state fornite le indicazioni per il check-in in maniera chiara, infatti è stato facile trovare l’alloggio e accedervi. Camera pulita come si deve e senza resti di altri clienti. L’unica pecca è stato il fatto che sia saltata la luce e la porta dell’edificio non si riusciva ad aprire né mediante app né tramite chiave in quanto non presente nel mazzo. Grazie ad un signore del condominio siamo riusciti ad entrare e aprire la porta principale(tramite chiave apposita)con la quale si ha l’accesso ad entrambi gli alloggi disponibili. La pecca sta nel fatto che il contatore è in un solo dei due alloggi (non il nostro) e per fortuna la coppia di quest’ultimo era con noi in quel momento (fortuna per loro io avevo le chiavi con me). Consiglio di portare con sé il mazzo di chiavi e non affidarsi totalmente all’app. Nota di merito per l’assistenza, risposte rapide e direttive chiare.

This is really a studio, not a 1 bedroom. The second “bed” is pretty uncomfortable. The building is not air conditioned despite what the listing says (but if you leave the balcony door open at night it’s fine). It’s in a great location, close to gran via and the metro. Overall fine for a few days, with 3 people we felt pretty cramped. Also you have to download an app in order to unlock the outer doors which is kind of a hassle. The host is just an agent so if you ask a question, she responds quickly but will say “let me check the info for this location”, she doesn’t know off the top of her head

Cet appartement nous a bien plu (3 adultes). L'immeuble est calme mais dans un quartier animé et central avec plusieurs métros et bus à proximité. Salle de bains et coin cuisine petits mais fonctionnels. La machine à laver et à sécher le linge marche bien. Décoration de style un peu surréaliste, amusante. Tout était propre. On ne nous a pas imposé d'exigences difficiles à satisfaire pour le ménage ni les poubelles à la fin du séjour. A l'arrivée il fallait avoir internet mobile : il y a plusieurs portes à franchir pour accéder à l'appartement, les indications données à l'avance étaient imprécises, il fallait communiquer par internet, et les indications pour utiliser le wifi n'étaient pas à jour. Propriétaire très réactif, même à 7 h du matin pour une panne d'électricité. Seul problème survenu pendant notre séjour, le propriétaire a demandé si un ouvrier pouvait vérifier une serrure intérieure, en assurant que ça prendrait 15 mn, mais finalement le travail a duré 2 h.

Gran zona para hospedarse, pagamos llegada temprana pero no pudimos utilizarla ya que al llegar no se nos brindó el código para acceder, pero ese fue el único inconveniente
