The place was great for what we needed as we weren’t in Madrid for long and were out and about most of the time. It looked like the picture but a bit on the smaller side! We had some issues with a smell but the communication was good and a technician was sent to look at the apartment. We also had some issues with the curtain in one of the bedrooms falling down but sadly that wasn’t fixed. The apartment could do with a little bit of TLC in some areas but was fine for what was needed and it was reasonable!

We should just simplify the communication a bit more. The door lock works through an app, but it works very poorly. Without a physical key, it’s impossible to open the door.The apartment is nice and clean and worth the money, but it is very hot. You should fix the air conditioning.
