As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room with a seating area with a sofa bed, TV, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
- An additional bathroom with a bathtub.
The entire apartment is also connected to Wi-Fi and has air conditioning throughout. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.
Guest access
- Guests have access to the entire property.
- Towels, bed linens, and hand soap are included.
- Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater. Please note that it may run out, requiring a wait time for it to refill.

A great place with nearby spots like a café for breakfast and a Carrefour Express for quick shopping. I would especially recommend it if you’ve just arrived in Madrid or before catching a flight, since it’s only a 15-minute drive from the airport. Another highlight is the pool, which is perfect in the summer

Alojamiento en zona tranquila y con buenos servios como el parking, piscina o gimnasio, de los que hicimos uso sin problema. Entorno con servicios de ocio y restauración muy cercanos. El acceso a Madrid es también muy cómodo. Muy recomendable.

¡Todo perfecto! El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y muy cómodo. La anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Además, la piscina del edificio estaba en muy buen estado y fue un plus para disfrutar aún más la estadía. También se encuentra un centro comercial cerca del alojamiento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendadísimo!

This is a very clean, highly functional apartment. It was exactly how I expected it to be based on the description and pictures. We didn't have any problems finding parking on the street, right along the building. The swimming pool was very clean and not crowded so we enjoyed it. We did have a bit of a challenge with the instructions on how to get in but we eventually figured it out. Overall, I highly recommend it.
