*Please note: There are stairs to climb to reach the accommodation, as it is an first floor apartment without an elevator. ⚠️

Very good location, clean, super close to the city center and the University of Salamanca. A little bit noisy (from car traffic) but you get used to it. I stayed for 1 month. Had everything I needed - you can cook, wash your clothes, iron ...I recommend this place and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip to Salamanca.

O apartamento, próximo às catedrais e à Plaza Mayor, estava muito limpo e organizado, em conformidade com as fotos do anúncio. A anfitriã, Loreto, mostrou-se solícita durante toda a estadia, facilitando a comunicação e permanecendo à disposição. Recomendo bastante!

Loreto is a very responsive host and problems can be resolved very quickly. The apartment is very spacious and great for short stays (Stayed 2 nights). Comfortable bed, and sofa bed. The location is very close to Plaza Mayor and all the restaurants. There are a few small problems that can be remedied rather quickly. There were no utensils and no plastic garbage cans (not important, if renting for just couple of nights). However, the lock boxes inside and outside of the place are a PAIN! Especially, when required to take picture and send in. Once you are in the building, your phone will not work, and getting instructions become very hard.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. Todo muy bien preparado para nuestra llegada y muy atentos. Lo que es el alojamiento ninguna pega, pero para aparcar por la zona se nos hizo complicado. Pero se encuentra en zona céntrica cerca de todo.

Fuimos varios amigos a pasar el día en Salamanca y reservamos varios apartamentos en el mismo edificio. La verdad es que nos encantó 😊Todo fue muy fácil desde el principio, con instrucciones claras y sin ningún problema para entrar. Estaba muy limpio y el apartamento estaba genial. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, todo bastante cerca. ¡Muy buena experiencia!
