La ubicación inmejorable , cerca de supermercados y de los accesos de las líneas de metro 1 y 2. El Depto es tal cual lo describe. Sería recomendable blackout en las habitaciones. Seguramente volvería sin ninguna duda.

L’alloggio è molto bello, curato e conforme alla descrizione. Si è rivelata un’ottima scelta per il nostro gruppo di 6 persone, grazie agli spazi ampi e ben distribuiti. La posizione è ottima: è possibile spostarsi facilmente a piedi, e nei dintorni si trovano numerosi bar e ristoranti di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio!

优点：房屋本身不错，设施齐全，床品还可以，虽然需要我们自己装被芯和被套。位置很方便，靠近两个地铁站，去atocha或者市中心都方便，我喜欢从gran via走回来的这一公里路程。缺点：入住困难，他们的网站有很清晰地说明，但对于中国来说及时用了vpn依然时不时无法打开他们的网站，或者仅仅有西班牙语而没有英语，让我们很难了解这个房屋。客服人员沟通不太好，感觉很像机器人，不太周到，感觉他并不太想工作一样，来来回回就那几句“你去看网站”之类的，让人很困扰甚至影响了入住的期待。 房屋很安静，但最里面的卧室会听到楼上清晰的挪动桌椅的声音以及楼梯间过路人的声音，好在他们深夜通常不会这样，我对这个不太敏感，但如果你对声音很敏感这是需要注意的。
