In July 2020 we began managing this beautiful 60m² apartment, located on Santa Engracia street, next to the Ponzano area, which is so trendy in Madrid right now.
Purchased as a passive investment, the apartment was initially already operating as a short-term rental and the owner handled all the management herself (key handover and collection, cleaning, linens...). What she thought would be an investment without much work turned into a headache, which is why she contacted us, initially, to free herself from the workload.
We, in addition to that, proposed a series of decorative changes to improve the image and enhance its web positioning, as well as implementing a better occupancy and pricing strategy. As you can see, in addition to freeing Covadonga from the workload, we improved her occupancy at a higher price, so not only did she not spend extra money, which was what she had planned... She actually earned even more!
