Acogedor piso en Bravo Murillo by beBalmy

In July 2019 we started with this cozy 30m² studio, located on Bravo Murillo street, very close to the Cuatro Caminos roundabout.

This property was decorated with exquisite taste, paying attention to details. Even so, within our property study, we advised the owners on a series of changes to obtain greater profitability, such as going from 2 to 4 guests thanks to the inclusion of a convertible sofa bed measuring 1.50m, or some changes in the kitchen to improve services, since despite its small size it has everything necessary for guests: washer/dryer, ceramic hob... and even a dishwasher!

Of course, we obtained the tourist license, we included the electronic lock to facilitate check-in and check-out for both the owner and the guests, we added cleaning and management of towels and linens, and we started doing price optimization based on dates and market.

Por último, y debido a la pandemia, incluimos una pequeña zona de teletrabajo, que unido a la magnífica ubicación hizo que incluso en este periodo la rentabilidad de este piso se mantuviera.
