    Photo shoot

    We photograph the property and hand you the material ready to publish. If we manage it too, we put it up on the platforms.

  • If your property…you would rather do it yourself

    Dossier to do it yourself (online)

    We survey the property remotely from your plans, photos and video, and give you the recommendations and the shopping list to apply yourself.

    2. A proposal built on that first conversation.
    3. Signing the agreement.
    4. A video call to hand over the dossier and the shopping list, and to walk you through what to do.

    Furnished property

    We move the furniture around and work on the styling until the whole thing hangs together.

What people ask before deciding

Is home staging really worth it for a holiday let?

Yes. A guest's first contact with your property is the photographs. A staged flat gets far more clicks on the listings, lets you raise the nightly rate and cuts the empty nights right down. It is not a cost, it is getting the place ready so it starts paying sooner.

How long does the work take? Will the flat be out of action for long?

We know every day the flat is shut is money lost. That is why we are good at quick turnarounds: design and fitting out take just 4 to 6 working days. We handle it end to end so it starts earning as soon as possible.

My flat is already furnished — does everything have to go?

Not necessarily. When we survey the property we work out what can be kept, moved or made more of. Sometimes a few well-chosen changes — textiles, lighting, taking out surplus furniture, shifting the accents — get the magazine look without replacing anything.

What materials and furniture do you use? Will they stand up to holiday letting?

This is one of the things we are best at. We are not only after a flawless photograph: we are after furniture that lasts and works. Hard-wearing pieces, fabrics that clean easily and choices made for a high-end guest, so the property holds up to constant turnover.
