It is located right in the historic center of Alcobendas, on a quiet street just steps away from plazas, restaurants, and shops. The Marqués de la Valdavia Metro station (Line 10) is a 5-minute walk away, and the Cercanías train station—offering direct service to central Madrid—is about 10 minutes away.

It has everything you need to feel right at home: relax, unwind, and enjoy Madrid without sacrificing peace and quiet.

The rooms

A recently renovated, warm, and cozy apartment sleeping up to 4 people—ideal for couples, small families, or business trips.

Living-dining area: convertible sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom: 150 cm double bed and air conditioning. Full bathroom with shower and hot water.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

  • Towels, bed linen, and hand soap are included.
  • Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. Please note that the supply can run out, requiring a wait for the tank to refill.
