Before you book

What you need to know, without the small print

Four things people always ask, which we would rather say before you ask them.

  • The nightly price does not include cleaning

    Cleaning is charged once per stay and it is written on every listing. Any applicable taxes are added when we confirm, never afterwards.

  • You let yourself in, with your own code

    Nobody has to meet you with keys: we send your access code before you arrive, and each stay's check-in time is on its page.

  • We manage these, we are not a portal

    Every stay on this list is cleaned, maintained and looked after by our own team. If something breaks at three in the morning, the company that rented it to you is the one who answers.

  • The dates you see are the dates there are

    The calendar comes from our system and is checked when you open each stay, so you will not request a night that is already sold.
