The entire apartment is connected to Wi-Fi and has heating and air conditioning in all rooms. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and optimized to provide guests with the best possible stay.

The Estepona and Manilva area is a privileged corner of the Costa del Sol where Andalusian charm blends with tranquil beaches, lively marinas, and a mild climate year-round. In Estepona, its flower-filled old town, the seafront promenade, and the modern marina invite leisurely strolls, while in Manilva, the crystal-clear coves, the relaxed atmosphere of La Duquesa beach, and the traditional vineyards that lend an authentic touch to the landscape are highlights. Guests have access to the entire property.

Towels, linens, and hand soap are included.

Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. Please note that it may run out, and you will need to wait for it to refill.
