As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room with a seating area including a sofa (sofa bed), TV, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
- A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a workspace.
- A bathroom with a shower.
The entire apartment also has Wi-Fi access. It is a warm and inviting space, designed and furnished to provide guests with the best possible stay.

«Muy recomendable. El alojamiento está excelente, éramos 4 adultos y nos quedó cómodo a todos. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros hay estación de metro, supermercados, almacenes y un hermoso bar a la vuelta. Esperamos volver»

«Wir haben die Wohnung als dreier Freundesgruppe gebucht. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend (schlafen/entspannen). Gekocht haben wir nicht, wär aber drin gewesen :). Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit per Chat erreichbar und konnte meine Fragen gut beantworten. Die einzige Schwierigkeit die wir hatten, war beim Einchecken mit der Nuuki-App, um das Türschloss zu entriegeln, jedoch wurde uns da sehr schnell geholfen. Der Gastgeber hatte die Möglichkeit, das Türschloss per Fernzugriff zu entriegeln. Alles in Allem, war die Wohnung perfekt für uns. Hinweis: Wir waren während der San Isidro Festigkeiten dort (Mitte Mai). In der Nacht war es dementsprechend sehr laut. Ansonsten ist die Gegend eher ruhig.»

«המארחים היו זמינים למענה כל הזמן מאוד ידידותיים הנכס נמצא במקום מעולה קרוב למטרו היינו רק לכמה שעות בדירה לפני טיסה. הדבר היחיד שהיה מאכזב כי בשביל זה בעיקר לקחנו את הדירה עד הטיסה זה שלא היה מים חמים במקלחת המים צריכים להספיק ל-4 אנשים אחרי 2 אנשים לא היה מים ובגלל זה הרביעי לא התקלח סה"כ היה טוב החדר»

«El apartamento es muy cómodo y funcional. Está impecable y todo es muy nuevo. Pedí secador y lo pusieron sin problema. Tuvimos que alargar la estancia y tampoco tuvieron inconveniente, todo el proceso ha sido muy fácil.»
