«This is really a studio, not a 1 bedroom. The second “bed” is pretty uncomfortable. The building is not air conditioned despite what the listing says (but if you leave the balcony door open at night it’s fine). It’s in a great location, close to gran via and the metro. Overall fine for a few days, with 3 people we felt pretty cramped. Also you have to download an app in order to unlock the outer doors which is kind of a hassle. The host is just an agent so if you ask a question, she responds quickly but will say “let me check the info for this location”, she doesn’t know off the top of her head»

«Cet appartement nous a bien plu (3 adultes). L'immeuble est calme mais dans un quartier animé et central avec plusieurs métros et bus à proximité. Salle de bains et coin cuisine petits mais fonctionnels. La machine à laver et à sécher le linge marche bien. Décoration de style un peu surréaliste, amusante. Tout était propre. On ne nous a pas imposé d'exigences difficiles à satisfaire pour le ménage ni les poubelles à la fin du séjour. A l'arrivée il fallait avoir internet mobile : il y a plusieurs portes à franchir pour accéder à l'appartement, les indications données à l'avance étaient imprécises, il fallait communiquer par internet, et les indications pour utiliser le wifi n'étaient pas à jour. Propriétaire très réactif, même à 7 h du matin pour une panne d'électricité. Seul problème survenu pendant notre séjour, le propriétaire a demandé si un ouvrier pouvait vérifier une serrure intérieure, en assurant que ça prendrait 15 mn, mais finalement le travail a duré 2 h.»
