With everything you need for a pleasant stay, so you can unwind and enjoy time with family or friends, you'll feel right at home in this well-equipped space.

The rooms

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

A spacious living room with a seating area with a sofa bed, TV, and a dining area.
A fully equipped kitchen.
A bedroom upstairs with a double bed.
A bathroom with a shower.

The entire apartment is also connected to Wi-Fi and a hot/cold air conditioner. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.

The neighbourhood

The lively streets of the Pacífico neighborhood, located near the sprawling El Retiro Park, are filled with bars, restaurants serving international cuisine, and cozy cafes where you can enjoy hot chocolate and churros or enjoy tapas. This neighborhood is well connected with a wealth of shops, making it an excellent option for sightseeing in Madrid.

«Buena ubicación, zona residencial tranquila cerca del centro tanto por metro como incluso si se desea caminando. Buena comunicación en coche al estar justo al lado de la M-30. En general la limpieza y el orden perfecto. Como punto a mejorar limpieza debajo de la cama y zonas algo más escondidas que suelen quedar en el olvido. Desagües del baño algo obstruidos y ya los avisamos para que lo puedan revisar de cara a futuro.»

«Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio con la mia famiglia per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è essenziale ma confortevole, in una posizione tranquilla e vicina alla metro. Inoltre a portata di mano c'è tutto: supermercato, farmacia, macelleria, tabacchi, lavanderia a gettoni. Assolutamente consigliato.»

«El check in es con una cerradura inteligente y para usarla debes descargarte una aplicación en tu celular y tener datos activos. Nosotros íbamos desde otro país y no teníamos datos y el WiFi del host no funcionaba, por lo que tuvimos problemas para entrar. Creo que eso podría mejorar. Aparte, por wsp te atiende un bot con IA y nosotros teníamos una urgencia para entrar y el bot no ayudaba para nada. Fue un dolor de cabeza. Después de ello el lugar es bastante amplio y bonito. Está en buena zona.»

«El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Es tal y como luce en las fotos, muy cómodo, privado y tranquilo. Se encuentra todo lo necesario y es limpio y organizado. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes en la llegada porque nos costó identificar el alojamiento, por lo que sería útil una foto de la fachada. La respuesta en ese momento no fue tan rápida y tuvimos que esperar un rato. Al momento de la salida fuimos abordados por una persona que manifestó venir a hacer el aseo; sin embargo, esto no me se comunicó por lo que tuvimos que comunicarnos y fue una situación bastante incómoda. Por lo que se recomienda dar esta información más clara al respecto a los huéspedes. Por lo demás, fue una gran estadía, y el espacio es 100% recomendable ! Gracias»

«Alloggio molto carino e pratico. Ideale per 3/4 adulti. Si trova in una zona collegata molto bene con il centro della città sia con la metropolitana che con i bus. Zona tranquilla e con molte proposte culinarie sia per la colazione che per i pasti. Supermercati molto vicini. L'appartamento è nuovo con elettrodomestici nuovi. L'Host è stato molto reattivo nelle risposte e nell'aiutarci. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Super consigliato. Se dovessi tornare a Madrid prenoterei di corsa. Grazie»

«Todo perfecto! Muy limpio todo. la cama excelente, se descansa muy bien. El alojamiento está muy completo: cafetera, microondas, horno, pava eléctrica, lavarropas y calentador eléctrico, ideal para ducharse en estos días de frío. No vendría mal sumar algún utensilio más de cocina, como una fuente para horno, una cuchara de madera, una buena cuchilla, platos grandes o una ensaladera. Recomiendo 100%. Seguro repetiremos.»

«It was great staying at Loreto’s place — the location is excellent. For a family of four, including two small kids, it was a perfect and comfortable stay. The only suggestions would be to make the check-in and check-out times a bit more flexible to align with typical hotel timings, and to add a few safety measures on the stairs and the upstairs area, especially for children.»
