RESPECT: - I ask guests to behave respectfully inside the house and to respect the neighborhood. - Parties/events are not allowed. - Please be mindful of noise (especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM). - No visitors are allowed between midnight and 8:00 AM. - Supervision is required for children under 14 years old in the recreational areas.

BEDS: - Please indicate the exact number of people who will be sleeping and how you plan to be seated. I will arrange the beds according to the number of people indicated in the reservation.

Guest registration

Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers over 15 years of age.
