What you will find
Spacious 104 m2 apartment in one of the most touristic places in Asturias. In a quiet area two minutes walk from the town center.
With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is strategically located at the beginning of Rivero, next to the Historic Center of Avilés, and within walking distance of several points of interest that can be visited on foot:
Ferrera Park is just 200 meters away, ideal for walking with children. The Plaza de España, where the Avilés City Hall is located, is 450 meters away. The Niemeyer Center is less than a 20-minute walk away, across the colorful St. Stephen's Bridge. 550 meters from the house, there are the picturesque streets of San Francisco and De La Cámara. The Avilés Cathedral is just 8 minutes walk away. In addition, Avilés is a city strategically located to explore other tourist spots in the area by car:
Salinas beach, San Juan beach and Espartal beach are just 10 minutes away by car. The fabulous town of Luanco is less than 20 minutes away. Gijón and Oviedo are 22 minutes away by car. Additionally, there is the possibility of renting a free municipal electric bicycle service to get around the area, offering a comfortable and sustainable option to explore the surroundings.
Avilés is a charming small city, perfect for exploring on foot, with national access by train and road and international access through an airport located just ten minutes away. Although the best way to enjoy it is to leave the car parked and move around the area on foot, except if you want to visit the beach, which is 7 km from the apartment.

«El piso está fiel a las fotos, baños y cocina recién reformados, camas buenas. La puerta de entrada necesita un arreglo. La empresa que gestiona el piso muy insistente con los mensajes. El precio de nuestra estancia caro. Pero volvería a alojarme.»

«Excelente relación calidad precio. Importante llevar el móvil siempre cargado, porque tiene una cerradura inteligente y sino no se puede abrir la puerta, que además está bastante dura y cuesta abrirla. Pero el piso está limpio y ordenado y es muy cómodo.»

«Está muy bien ubicado, la decoración es bastante vintage pero hemos estado muy cómodos. Una cosa negativa es que el termo es pequeño y el agua caliente es limitada. El personal muy amable, nos dejamos un móvil dentro en el check out y nos atendieron rapidísimo.»

«Loreto fue atenta y muy correcta en su trato. La comunicación fue a través del teléfono. El piso era antiguo pero era amplio y tenía la cocina y baños reformados y en buen estado. Echamos de menos utensilios de cocina de mejor calidad (ej. sartenes eran muy antiguas y gastadas). Respecto a las camas había alguna buena y otras de calidad mejorable. Fue en general una buena estancia.»

«Logement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain, très propre et bien rangé. Bien placé pour profiter du centre ville à pied. Rue passante et donc un peu bruyante si on dort la fenêtre ouverte l'été mais cela ne nous à pas empêcher de bien dormir et de passer un excellent séjour à Avilés. hôtes au top, très réactive et à l'écoute. Je recommande ce logement.»

«Piso muy bien situado, con los servicios necesarios y acogedor»

«Cosas positivas: casa muy muy limpia, cocina y baños recién reformados, casa silenciosa. Cosas negativas: - Te dan una sola llave física (fue un problema porque éramos cuatro personas) y la llave digital que te dan no abre el portal de abajo, por lo que nos tocó llamar a un vecino para que nos abriese (aun avisando de que llegaríamos por la noche...). - Colchones no muy comodos. - Nunca hablas con la propietaria sino con una empresa intermedia que lleva muchas casas al mismo tiempo. - Se equivocaron enviándome la dirección y el piso. - Nos querían cobrar 20€ extra (5€ por persona) por salir una hora más tarde, ya que íbamos a una boda. Obviamente decidimos salir puntuales y madrugar.»
