It is located in the heart of Alcobendas' historic center, on a quiet street just steps away from plazas, restaurants, and shops. The Marqués de la Valdavia Metro station (Line 10) is a 5-minute walk away, and the Cercanías commuter train station—offering direct service to central Madrid—is about 10 minutes away.

The rooms

A recently renovated, warm, and cozy apartment sleeping up to 6 people, designed to ensure you have the best possible stay.

Spacious living-dining area: standard sofa (not a sofa bed), TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1: 150 cm double bed. Bedroom 2: 150 cm double bed. Bedroom 3: bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. Full bathroom with shower and hot water.

Air conditioning is available in every room, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

What is included

  • Guests have access to the entire property.
  • Towels, bed linen, and hand soap are included.
  • Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. Please note that the supply can run out, requiring a wait for the tank to refill.
