Bright 110 m2 apartment on the second line of the beach with swimming pool during the summer season and parking area. With the Tram stop in front of the accommodation, providing easy access to Alicante and Benidorm.

«El alojamiento en sí está bien, estaba ordenando y limpio. El problema está en la gestión con el anfitrión. Para empezar, para llegar al alojamiento solo puede hacerlo por primera vez la persona que reserva que es quien tiene las llaves digitales, cuando es un piso pensado para varias personas que pueden o no coincidir en la ñlegada. Luego solo hay una copia de llaves físicas en el apartamento, y la misma idea. Además, al solicitar un late check out te dicen que hay que pagar 5€ por huésped y a través de un sistema con una app que no es muy intuitiva. Es decir, el sistema no es nada humano y es difícil de gestionar para cualquier tema porque encima te responde al chat una IA. Lo que es el apartamento está correcto y cumple con lo que describía.»

«Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist groß, gut ausgestattet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht — sogar Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Strandtücher. Die Lage ist super: Die Bushaltestelle nach Alicante oder Benidorm liegt direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten zusätzlich einen Mietwagen, was vor allem zum Einkaufen praktisch war. In Richtung Villajoyosa findet man alles, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Anreise: Die Adresse kann etwas verwirrend sein, da die Wohnung nicht in Hausnummer 45, sondern in 44 liegt. Da wir spät abends angekommen sind, hat uns das kurz irritiert. Die Wohnung hat im großen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, in den anderen Räumen stehen Standventilatoren bereit. Für uns hat das gut funktioniert, aber man sollte es wissen. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die Rollläden, mit denen man die Zimmer komplett abdunkeln kann. Der Po»

«De oppgir feil adresse i annonsen. Google Maps førte oss til et helt annet hus. Upraktisk når man kommer med mye bagasje. Selv etter at vi har gjort utleier oppmerksom på det, har det ikke blitt endret. Utleier viste til en spansk app som vi skulle bruke (utenfor Airbnb), vi måtte bruke Google Translate for å oversette. Dette var upraktisk. Ellers var leiligheten romslig og fin for en familie på 5. Rent og hyggelig. Det er stille og rolig i området, men vi var der i mai (utenfor sesong). Ingen solsenger ved basseng. Det er en liten butikk like ved leiligheten, men den hadde begrenset utvalg og begrensede åpningstider. Det var ca 1 km å gå til et større varehus. Vi forstod ikke ut i fra annonsen at leiligheten lå et stykke utenfor sentrum av VillaJoiosa. Det var forøvrig svært kort vei til nærmeste trikkestopp, dette var bra.»

«Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. «Leiligheten var akkurat som bildene i annonsen. Ren og fin leilighet. Stille og rolig område. Supert at trikkestasjonen er rett ved leiligheten. Bassenget var bra, både for store og små. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!:)»

«We had a lovely few days here. Ideal location; beach 5 minutes walk away. Tram with regular service 2 minutes walk away. No problem with noise which another review mentions; totally quiet. We will be back!»

«Mooi appartement op een rustige plek, maar wel dicht bij vele voorzieningen. Winkels en restaurants genoeg in de stad en strand op loopafstand. Zwembad was nog niet open maar ziet er aanlokkelijk uit. Kortom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar»
