The place
What you will find
Cozy 37 m2 apartment with parking and a children's pool. Located in a quiet area 10 minutes from Arbeyal beach, with a bus stop right outside the building, a large park and green areas, hospitals, a supermarket on the ground floor, and a nearby shopping area.
This accommodation can only be booked for reasons other than tourism (work, study, visits, etc.). Before check-in, a temporary rental agreement must be signed, stating the purpose of the stay.

«Las instalaciones están bien, tal y como en la descripción. La comunicación es oportuna y te ayudan al instante. Pero el fuerte olor a tubería del baño es insoportable. Es una lástima porque por lo demás muy bien.»

«El alojamiento estaba tal cual las fotos, el baño parecía recientemente renovado y muchos de los utensilios eran nuevos. Sí creo que se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza ya que había un poco de polvo. Tuvimos un inconveniente con un juego de sábanas pero lo han resuelto rápido. En general bien solo que sería bueno anticipar un poco el horario del check in ya que las 5 pm me parece un poco tarde.»

«A pesar de no tener ninguna reseña este alojamiento nos aventuramos en reservarlo y no nos ha decepcionado... estuvimos muy agusto con todo lo necesario como en casa, es un apartamento pequeño, con mucho estilo y moderno. Nos encantó tomar el desayuno con unas vistas preciosas al valle. En la cocina destacar que para los que deseen cocinar ahí está dotada de todo lo esencial tanto en vajilla, sartenes, tostadora, aceite, cafetera, etc. En la habitación tienen una lámpara ventilador que funciona super bien, el colchon bastante cómodo y nuevo con la firmeza adecuada para nosotros. En nuestra estancia lo único negativo sería que la bañera la encontramos un poco sucia y que éramos 3 y no nos dejaron la ropa de cama para el sofá cama. Está a 5 min en coche de la playa El Arbeyal y a 12 del centro. Con parking privado y también gratuito en la calle. También pasa el autobús linea 4. Nos dió gusto estar alojados en este bonito apartamento!!!»
