Cozy 42 m2 apartment in the center of Torremolinos. A 10-minute walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from bars, restaurants, and all kinds of services. Recently renovated, bright, and quiet, it features a pool and bar in the building.
With everything you need for a pleasant stay, where you can relax and enjoy time with family or friends, you'll feel right at home in this well-equipped space.

The neighbourhood
Torremolinos, located on the Costa del Sol, is a vibrant destination combining golden beaches, year-round sunny weather, and a lively nightlife. Once a fishing village, it is now a tourist haven with a wide range of culinary offerings, from traditional beach bars to haute cuisine restaurants. Its famous promenade, Carihuela Beach, and the charming San Miguel neighborhood offer a perfect blend of leisure, culture, and shopping. Its proximity to Málaga makes it an ideal base for exploring the Andalusian region.

«A great location beside all the public transportation “Bus and Train stations”, also very near to the center of Torremolinos with all supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, Really a Perfect Location.
