What you will find

Bright and renovated apartment 10 minutes from the center of Salamanca by car or public transport. It is located in a quiet area where there is always free parking and next to the bus stop that goes directly to the center of Salamanca.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

The neighbourhood

Santa Marta is located a few kilometers southeast of the city of Salamanca, which gives it a residential character with a quiet and family atmosphere. It stands out for its green areas, parks and modern infrastructure. In addition, it has a variety of services, including supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies, making it an ideal place to stay close to the vibrant urban life of Salamanca, but with the peace of a more relaxed environment.

Santa Marta de Tormes also offers different tourist attractions to visit during the day. Its proximity to the capital of Salamanca makes it a perfect location to discover other cultural proposals aimed at the whole family such as the José Fuentes Museum of Contemporary Art, the Historical Motorcycle Museum, Isla del Soto, a unique natural area located in the Tormes River bed that can be accessed by walking from the center of the municipality. A natural corner of 14 hectares that has witnessed the evolution of the riverside landscape. Here you can walk, play sports, ride a bicycle, observe the fauna and flora and enjoy the outdoors.

In addition, the area has a large municipal swimming pool 5 minutes from the apartment.

RESPECT: - I ask guests for normal and respectful treatment within the home and also respect the neighborhood. - Parties/events are not allowed. - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT - Please be careful with noise and allow neighbors to rest after 10 p.m. and in accordance with current legislation. If there are complaints from a neighbor, the Police will intervene immediately with high fines.

BEDS: - Indicate the exact number of people sleeping and how you plan to be located. I will assemble the beds according to the number of people indicated in the reservation.

    «Muy buena comunicación y modo de gestionar el alojamiento, amplio, acogedor y equipado, la unica pega es que la ducha a penas tenia presión y que el agua salia algo amarillenta. El resto está muy bien, tal y como se describía.»

    «El apartamento está a pocos minutos en coche o en transporte publico del centro de Salamanca. El piso está bien situado en una zona tranquila, bonita, cerca de un supermercado y varios restaurantes. Se podía aparcar con facilidad cerca de la casa. La entrada al apartamento fue de forma autónoma y explicados de forma clara y sencilla. La casa es grande, al igual que las habitaciones. Lo más destacable la limpieza. Estaba muy limpio y aseado. Las sabanas olían muy bien, y en cada cama habia un juego de toallas para uso personal en el baño. En las habitaciones habían soportes para maletas lo que hacía muy cómodo manipular nuestro equipaje. La cocina tenía menaje completo y los electrodomésticos estaban impecables. Las dudas que tuve fueron resueltas por los anfitriones de forma rápida y resolutiva. A pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, el piso es moderno.»

    «The apartment is in a great area. Very walkable to the stores and restaurants. Very close to Salamanca’s downtown area. The apartment is just as pictured. Very clean and very well equipped. The building seems very safe and very well kept. It is great to have free parking at the building and an elevator. The only thing to be aware of is the heating situation. As in many apartments throughout Spain, the heat is central to the building. We aren’t used to cold weather and felt we needed a little more heat. Unfortunately, the heat only turns on from about 5 in the evening and runs for a couple of hours. Once the heat is shut off, there is no other heat source. Just something to keep in mind if you visit in winter like we did. Still a great deal and we would visit again.»
