Enjoy this exclusive rooftop apartment in the heart of Madrid. With its impeccable design following a recent renovation, this inviting 25-square-meter home offers abundant natural light and complete comfort for two adults and a child. The perfect place to unwind after exploring the city.

Short-term rentals only (studies, work, or medical stays). A temporary contract and proof of employment are required.

In addition, the entire apartment is connected with Wifi. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

Warning: It is a 4th floor without an elevator, you have to climb stairs.
