The neighbourhood

The area near Puerto Negro cove in Peñíscola is a quiet spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, ideal for those seeking relaxation and pure nature. «El apartamento es maravilloso si buscas tranquilidad, playa y piscina. Está a 5 minutos en coche de Peñíscola, y de cualquier servicio (tiendas, restauracion...) al inicio del parque natural de Irta en una urbanización con piscina. Es amplio y luminoso, confortable, cocina y baño antiguos. Llevar sillas de playa, ya que es de piedras grandes y en la piscina no hay tumbonas, solo bancos de piedra. Pedirnos si nos las podían facilitar y la respuesta fue que no estaban incluidas. Había pequeñas cosas sencillas sobre orden y limpieza que se podrian mejorar porque "afean" la estancia en un lugar tan bonito, y que ya comunicamos a la propiedad, seguro que lo habrán hecho. En definitiva, sí lo recomendamos y volveríamos. Gracias»

«Encontrar el parking y el edificio no era claro pero luego todo queda compensado con una terraza con vistas preciosas una piscina estupenda, un acceso a una cala estupenda también y en general una estancia muy agradable»

«Appartement fonctionnel avec belle piscine partagée et petite crique à galets immédiatement accessible. Situé à 2,5 km du centre difficilement accessible à pied . L’équipement de base et la vaisselle dépareillée mériteraient quelques ajouts et modernisations pour une prestation 5 étoiles (deuxième jeu de clés, cafetière à dosettes, plateau, parasol, siege de plage, guide d’explication sur les environs…). Nous recommandons néanmoins.»

«Es el segundo año que vamos, porque nos sentimos en casa Paz, tranquilidad, si buscas un lugar para desconectar, sentir el mar y buenas caminatas es tu lugar. Si te gusta el ruido, el bullicio, tener un bar a la puerta de la esquina... no es tu lugar Es entrar y sentir que entras en las fotos que has visto.»

«El apartamento estaba muy limpio, camas cómodas y una vistas preciosas desde la terraza. Estuvimos genial y lo recomiendo. Quizás si tuviera que decir algo negativo es que no tiene ascensor , pero es un primero y que para ir a la playas de arena hay que coger el coche ( 5 minutos).»
