What you will find
Charming 38-square-meter apartment with spectacular views of Peñíscola Castle from its spacious terrace. Quiet area with free parking, Wi-Fi, AC (heating/cooling), and access to a large pool with a restaurant (€5/day during the season). Ideal for couples or families. Double bedroom, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Self-check-in. Note: Access via stairs (that’s why we have the best views!). Mandatory legal registration of guests before entering. We look forward to seeing you!

The entire apartment is also connected to Wi-Fi and has hot and cold air conditioning. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.

«We spent a week at Loreto’s apartment and had a great experience. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and felt very homely, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday for a couple. A big bonus for us was the free parking, which was especially convenient as we had a rental car during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Loreto’s place to other couples visiting the area!»

«Todo súper bonito 10/10 *RECOMENDADO* Tener en cuenta que la piscina es externa al apartamento, es decir no hace parte del condominio del apartamento a pesar de aparecer en las fotos, la piscina es pública y está a 5 minutos caminando se debe pagar para entrar, aunque actualmente no está funcional (es un lugar que está abandonado y cerrado, con las piscinas secas sin agua)»

«La estancia muy limpia y mona. Buenas vistas también. La ubicación un poco incómoda, hay que acceder en coche si o si. Realmente lo que no nos gustó fue la empresa que gestionaba la entrada y salida , Las instrucciones las daban bien y estarían muy atentos, pero no paraban de escribirme, q si habíamos tenido buena noche, q a q hora nos íbamos, todo el rato recordándonos cosas q ya sabíamos… eso fue molesto , pero por el resto todo ok»

«El apartamento tiene todo lo que se describe en él, és cómodo, limpio y en orden. A lo que le pondria un pero, es al acceso que si o si tiene que ser en coche, ya que si quieres ir al centro andando, de bajada no hay problema, pero de subida y en pleno verano es impensable. Por todo lo demás, perfecto. Y la piscina que hay a un minuto andando en la urbanización és perfecta para pasar la mañana o tarde sin tener que ir a la playa. Loreto nos ha respondido a todas las dudas que teniamos de manera eficiente y rapida, un tarto perfecto!»
