Renovated 52 m2 apartment five minutes from the metro stop. With cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area and close to the airport and just one metro stop from the Ifema exhibition center.

«La posizione è ottima, in una zona comoda, piacevole e tranquilla, perfetta per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. A noi serviva in occasione del concerto The Weeknd ed è stato scelto logisticamente anche per questo. L’alloggio è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e non ci è mancato nulla. Un’esperienza sicuramente positiva: consigliamo questo alloggio a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Madrid in una posizione strategica e in un ambiente piacevole! Saluti Massimo Nicola e Andrea»

«Bastantes satisfechos con la estancia, zona tranquila, aparcamiento fácil y acceso a metro y paradas de buses cerca. Aeropuerto cercano. Estancias limpias y concuerda con lo que se anuncia y se ve en las fotos .»

«Apartamento práctico, bien comunicado y completo. Loreto fue muy amable desde el comienzo y la comunicación fue muy sencilla. Estaba todo limpio, aunque algunas pequeñas cosas deterioradas por el uso, pero bien.»

«Location is 15min walk from the metro. Supermarket and minimarkets around, with a McDonalds close by and other restaurants as well. Super calm neighborhood, just some noisy neighbors (as expected in Spain). Super easy checkin, very friendly. There’s a Nespresso machine in case you need to bring your coffee pods. Host didn’t offer paper towels for the kitchen, trash bags or enough toilet paper for the whole stay (we were 4 people for 3 days and there were only two toilet paper rolls). Bathroom had some mold around the toilet and the shower doors were a bit old. Had problems with ants by the end of our stay but host assured that was going to take care of it. Beds were comfortable and there are AC units in all rooms.»
